Shipping Information

As a multi-channel retailer, we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.

We ship worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business day for orders to be processed.

All our deliveries are handled by DHL.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

  • Do I have to pay customs and import charges

    • We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes. For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

  • Do you deliver to PO Box addresses

    • No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box address in Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Yemen, you will be required to provide a valid telephone number. When your delivery arrives in the relevant country, our courier, DHL, will contact you to obtain a physical address for delivery.

  • Do I have to sign for delivery

    • As THE-PRIVATE-LABEL purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder's registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
